Joan Mayeaux joined Commerce National Bank in April, 2008 as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations. Ms. Mayeaux has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry with an extensive background in operational policy and procedure, regulatory compliance and information systems management. Prior to joining Commerce National Bank, she provided consulting services to community banks, specializing in the area of bank operations. Prior positions include Senior Vice President, Director of Operations for Placer Sierra Bank, a $900 million Northern California Bank; Senior Vice President, Director of Operations for California Community Bancshares, a multi-bank holding company as well as several Southern California community banks including The Bank of Orange County, Marine National Bank and Harbor Bank of Long Beach. Her experience also includes a position as a Premier ITI product strategist for Fidelity Information Systems, a provider of products and outsourced services to financial institutions.
