Donald P. Tormey has served as a director of the Bank since its formation in 2003. Dr. Tormey is a practicing dentist with a Fullerton practice, which he founded in 1959. Dr. Tormey is a member of the Bank's Audit Committee, Compensation and Governance Committee and Ad Hoc Strategic Planning Committee.

During his 45 years of practicing dentistry in Fullerton, Dr. Tormey has been involved in a number of professional, business and community activities. He is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He is a life member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. For the California Dental Association, Dr. Tormey was a member of the House of Delegates, The Dentists Company, and the Peer Review Council. As a member of the Orange County Dental Society, he was the Chairman of the Laboratory and Review Committees and a member of the Examining Panel, Board, Nominating Committee and Budget, Audit and Finance Committee. He continues to be active with the University of Southern California Dental Alumni Association and Century Club. He has served on the advisory committee for Fullerton College Assistants and Cypress College Hygienists, and is a director of the Orange County Dental Academy.
