Carolyn D. Beaver is Vice President - Controller at Beckman Coulter, Inc. in Fullerton, California. Ms. Beaver is a former audit partner with KPMG LLP, where she was responsible for providing accounting, audit and business advisory services to companies in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services industries. Ms. Beaver served as a partner of KPMG LLP from July 1987 until April 2002. She has served as a director of numerous non-profit organizations.

Ms. Beaver is the Chairperson of the Bank's Audit Committee, and is also a member of the Bank's Asset Liability Committee.
