Allen L. Basso, a resident of Capistrano Beach, has served as a director of the Bank since March 2005. Mr. Basso is a member of the Bank's Audit Committee, Loan Committee and Ad Hoc Strategic Planning Committee.

Mr. Basso is a certified public accountant and the managing partner of Smith, Linden & Basso, LLP, an accounting firm headquartered in Newport Beach, California, which he joined in 1979. Mr. Basso previously served as a director of Harbor National Bank, Newport Beach, California, from September 2000 to April 2004, when that bank was sold to First Community Bancorp, and served as a director of Marine National Bank, Irvine, California from 1993 to 1998, when that bank was sold to First Security Bank of California.
